With a passion for technology, superlative people skills and the gift of the gab, Naveen reigns over business operations, marketing and sales at Notion Press.
If code is poetry, Bhargava is our resident poet. With an appetite for code, a thirst for Vanilla tea and an uncanny ability to fall asleep in the middle of a conversation, Bhargava brings a whole lot of development experience into the publishing industry. When he isn’t busy playing Farmville in real life or watching his favorite sci-fi movies, he heads the Notion Press development team.
You know that one guy who turns up overdressed for every occasion. That’s Jana. He dreams of being the rock star of publishing and gets to live that dream everyday at Notion Press. Despite getting easily riled up over the social, political and cricketing issues in India, he maintains a Zen-like calm when it comes to business. With the steadiness of an eye surgeon and the excitement of a 10-year-old, he runs the Notion Press publishing team.

The man with the codes Shiraj and his team create amazing software that helps our authors showcase their books online. They take pride in redefining what it means to be a publishing company. With Shiraj, you’ll never know as time flies; an alternative career for him would’ve been to be an RJ.
A Boss and a friend Our Operations Manager dons many hats. He is responsible for making sure 150+, crazy, high-energy 20-somethings get their jobs done. At the end of the day, you’ll see him open a game of cricket or discuss politics over a cup of chai.
The go-to guy No grievance too small or big; William is your man. His motto is to keep everyone at Notion Press as happy as can be. Another thing he is passionate about is being the only consistently formally dressed person in the company.
The book bearer Vanni is the man that makes sure every book order that goes in and out of Notion Press is on track. Managing thousands of orders every month is a piece of cake for him and his team. His office is an exciting place to be for any book lover; its surrounded by books!.
