With strategy always at the core, I have transited from product selling to consultative and solution selling in diverse markets globally, working in cross-cultural team force.

Besides years of experience in corporate training, in-depth industry exposure in printing & publishing for book production, forming strategic alliances, appoint sales network worldwide, maintaining key accounts and develop critical vendor base sourcing key components meeting international standards, draws strength from deep customer insights and relationship management with customers on a global scale.

Currently working as Co-founder & CEO of R&S Enterprises,

We work closely with the Companies in India to offer strategic marketing solutions on an outsourcing model such as:

• Strategy establishment

• New Product Launches

• Creative & Design

• Sales performance management

• Marketing & Promotions

• Export Marketing & Sales

• Training and Development

• De-risking and adding new Revenue arms

• Recruitment of Executive level positions right up to very Senior Management

Working actively in Product Launches, Conventional Marketing, Anchoring Social Media & Digital Marketing and promoting Sales on a global level for our clients.

Print & Publishing sector has been very close to my heart with a major portion of my career being spent in this industry. The smell of paper in a good neatly published and printed book still excites me.

An overall experience spread over 25 years in the Corporate sector. I have worked in the past on few of the Top brands in India such as Tata Steel, ICICI Prudential, Unilever, Tata Mutual Fund to name a few.

On the Export front, have established businesses from scratch to enter international markets setting an exponential growth path. Have been successful in achieving business from the publishing markets of Africa, UK, US, Europe and Australia. Client acquisitions on a global front include Penguin, Random House, Bonnier Group, Flametree, Arcturus, Hinkler, Infinitas and many more.
