Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopic Technique has advanced to such an extent, the utilization of the potential of this technique for the public by the public at large is viable. Acquiring data with this technique is no longer the prerogative of only the scientific community preoccupied with advanced scientific research and development. For the science to benefit the community, the initiatives need not be only from the scientists. The prevailing technological advances have enabled the common public to avail the research finding; by reaching up to the scientists with data acquired with the advanced instruments in a convenient format that enables the professionals to interpret the individual data conveniently and quickly, particularly monitoring health trends and categorize them as personal traits for potential epidemics. . It is hereby envisaged that a routine data acquiring by people (voluntarily and not necessarily by only on prescription from a Qualified Physician) for health statistics is possible by MRI, and magnetic resonance spectroscopy, the NMR Spectroscopic Technique in particular. Then the first step would be to realize an enterprise, organization (not necessarily a research establishment or an institution). This paper contains an enumeration of the typical criteria for the considerations of such a social initiative, may be a nongovernment organization involving public private partnership.

The type of calculations and results reported in this study are merely exploring a certain strategy related to the reduced water / oxidized water molecules producing free radicals, which in turn react with organic dyes which are the polluting small molecules in the effluent water. Such radical reactions resulting in degradation of the dye molecules to elemental O2, and H2 with production of CO2 all which evolve during the decontamination. The study of hydrated electron by ESR studies are worth a recollection at this juncture.
This strategy can be easily amenable for beginners to do such calculation of how exactly the electronic charge get transferred from one water molecule to another and the typical stages at which radicals are produced. Cumulatively these results can provide a way to improve the efficiency of bulk medium processes and the effective mineralization of organic molecules instead of the partial degradation to result in fragmented molecules.
The book containsa suggestion for the public consideration with the provisioonal basic elements of NMR Spectroscopic technique. This subject matter pertains to the techniques of metabolic profiling and fingure printing.

This book is suggestion for the Public to consider with basic scientific aspects and introductory materials. This has to do with the matabolic profiling technique using NMR Spectroscopy. This may be like the MRI facilities running in Clinical Laboratories functioning as public utilities. This may involve a huge investments but could be a way for public awreness and science education.
