Dr. Alka Bhakar Jhajhria is an academician and has been teaching English for more than a decade. She received her doctorate from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner. Presently, she is working as an assistant professor of English at Ch. Ballu Ram Godara Government Girls College, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. Her research areas include post-colonial literature, Black British literature and diaspora studies.
