After completing his graduation, Millet went on to pursue a post-graduate course in Management at XLRI Jammshedpur.  He has 30 years of corporate experience behind him, which includes various managerial posts in the fields of Sales, Marketing, and Advertising.  His last assignment was as the Head of Marketing at AMCO Batteries.
During his corporate career (Aries Advertising, MRF Tyres, Standard  Furukawa Batteries apart from AMCO)  he was also involved with in-house training at all levels and has conducted various courses in Sales & Marketing, Customer-Care and Effective Communication.  His other areas of expertise are After-Sales Service, Time Management, Motivation, Team Building and Effective Leadership Skills.  Among the companies he has been associated with in training are the Amalgamations Group, Anz-Grindlays, Micro Academy, HAL, Hewlett Packard and Accenture.
Over  the past few years, Millet was in demand for training modules like Accent Neutralisation, Corporate Etiquette, Interview Skills and Effective Communication for many of the IT companies and BPOs in and around Bangalore.  Towards the end of his career, Millet was approached by the well-known Mount Carmel PG Institute of Management to join them as an Adjunct Professor. He then went on to join two more reputed management Institutes, the MS Ramaiah Institute of Management and the MVJCV as the Dean of Management studies.  
Apart from this, he has been closely involved with English Theatre over the years and has acted with 3 major theatre groups - The Madras Players, Attic Theatre in Chennai and the Collegians in Jamshedpur.  He was also a tournament scrabble player over the last 10 years.  His other interests include interior design and swim training.
