Amar Kant Mishra, a common man outside the relatives of Darbhanga Raj Family, was appointed as a clerk in Darbhanga Raj Head Office in 1940 at the age of 18. The boy had no certificate, at all. When the matter of the appointment of the boy came to the knowledge of HH Dr. Sir Kameswar Singh, HH called the boy and interviewed him.
