He had trained more than 2000 employees, including workmen, officers and branch managers in the branches of Kerala, Tamilnadu and Karnataka States. His expertise in imparting training in the areas of banking, soft-skills, development of leadership and managerial competencies to the staff is well known among his colleagues and trainees. Besides heading several branches of Syndicate Bank in Kerala and he handled several key portfolios in the Bank’s various Regional Offices.
He is a post graduate in Business Administration and Commerce. His fascination for understanding and familiarizing human behavior inspired him to learn counselling psychology to become a qualified personal counsellor. Post retirement he had been associated as an Assistant Professor, visiting faculty and student counsellor in several B-schools in Coimbatore. He is a first time author of the book, “LIFE LESSONS FOR ALL SEASONS”. Besides writing books and he is responding to other people’s problems by offering personal counselling. He is a fine orator.
