Johny Chengalan

Johny Chengalan is a native of Kerala, India. He is the third among the ten surviving children born to Souru and Mariam, who struggled a great deal to bring up the family. His parents led a frugal life all the while maintaining the highest level of integrity. He was schooled in Kerala. He obtained a Master’s degree in history with gold medal from the North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong. He found his passion in teaching and worked as a teacher in private schools in Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh.
