BIO Ish Kumar Gangania, sixty-four, Ex-Vice-principal has been sub-editor of renowned quarterly Hindi Journal 'Apeksha' for over eight years and then edited 'Aajivak Vision' a bilingual monthly magazine. He has Eighteen books in Hindi and three in English in his favour. five books are on poetry (Hindi) including 'Gardo-gubar' (a collection of Gazal). The rest of the eight books are essays on literary criticism and contemporary issues. 'Bard's Beloved' (Sixth poetry book in English) is the latest one, i.e. 21st.
