Medha, a student of English literature, graduated from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. Her graduation in Law from the Government Law College, Mumbai and legal practice in the High Court of Bombay and also working towards the cause of adoption, did not dampen her literary spirit, which gave birth to Police Encounters.
