Namukolo Mukutu

Namukolo Mukutu is a Zambian national and a graduate of Massey University, New Zealand. He earned his agricultural sciences degree in Animal Production and Farm Management Economics. He is a Fellow in Rural Development Economics given in 1977, by the Economic Development Institute (EDI) of the World Bank.
