Neelacantan (or Neel as he likes to be addressed) has 20 plus years of experience across various facets of Business, Learning and Development. He has worked and consulted for companies in technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and new age start ups. On his consulting journey, Feedback was the first workshop he conducted and went on to run the workshops for hundreds of participants. An avid reader, he realised that there is no single book on Feedback that makes it simple for people to both give and receive feedback and makes it simple. What started off as a booklet for a company became a book that addresses this need of every single manager, team leader and organization.
Neel always wanted to be a writer – but never thought that Feedback would be his first book. He hopes to write more based on the Feedback for this book. Apart from writing, Neel loves to design card/board games and has designed a few games for companies and for the market. He is also the creator of a brainstorming toolkit based on Indian constructs – 108% Indian.
