Before he began bleeding his imagination onto paper, he used to think a lot about people, situations and emotions. Aryal’s debut book, His Afflicted Mind, is a narration of how a depressed mind sees life. He wrote his first book as a journal before telling a story, as he was going through the same emotions and feelings he portrayed in the book. However, Aryal wanted Ashvale to be the light that we see during twilight in a town filled with memories—in a town with differences in changes between people, love and death.

When I once thought I lost the light. only for it to shine bright again."
"Welcome to the end"
