Amrita Kajaria is a practicing mental health counsellor and psychotherapist. She holds a Master’s in Counselling from Columbia University, New York in addition to a Master’s in Clinical Psychology in Mumbai. Having pursued her passion for the field of mental health studies and pscyhology since the age of 16, she currently runs a private practice by the name of New Dimensions Counselling.
They both want to spread awareness about the importance of mental health and well-being, and add their personality, experience, knowledge and an element of fun to each tip.
