The author currently works in the Central Bureau of Investigation as Deputy Superintendent of Police at CBI Headquarters, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. The author was born in a very poor family and despite facing so many hardships and tribulations during his college days carried out his study till Post-graduation. The author in pursuit of fulfilling his dreams suffered from excruciating depression during his College Days. This book is based on the personal experience of the author as to how he suffered from depression, how he battled depression and how much he got rid of his depression during different phases of his life. This is the first book of the author.
 
The author holds a Degree of Honours in Sociology from Patna University, Patna (Bihar). The author further holds a Post-Graduate Degree from Ancient Indian History & Archeology from Patna University, Patna (Bihar). The author further got a Bachelor of Law degree from Delhi University, New Delhi. The author further got a Master of Law degree from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshtera (Haryana). Writing is a passion for the author. The author used to write poems and short stories during his school and college days. The author is also fond of making impressive speeches. Some of the speeches given by the author on Independence Day and Republic Day at CBI Branch, Chandigarh can be found on YouTube too. The author has studied psychology during his Graduation Level at Patna College, Patna (Bihar) and he is well-versed in Abnormal Psychology, Depression and Stress Management. The author is primarily aware about the Psychology of all human beings.
