Happy Morphosis

A book that attempts to deliver humanity’s oldest pursuit

Notion Press, India’s fastest growing self-publishing company, is proud to have partnered with Tara Suresh Kumar to publish her book Happy Morphosis.

Happiness is being talked about all over the globe. Universities around the world are teaching about it, scientists have been studying it, governments are appointing cabinet positions to oversee it, and Google Analytics prove that people are searching for it. It is one of humanity’s oldest pursuits. Happy Morphosis is the author’s attempt to take you across the boulevard in the pursuit of happiness, telling us how we all need to work on the different facets required for everlasting bliss.

Happy Morphosis

In an age flooded with gizmos and gadgets, where technology rules the roost, with Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter and Instagram getting the better of all of us, where everyone seems to connect less with people and themselves. People lead more stressful and anxious lives—in short, a world fueling unhappiness—and there is this growing need to pause and think, to realize the beauty of life and its true meaning, to experience happiness.

Students these days face undue stress be it exam pressure, peer pressure, depression or other psychological factors. Adults too need to meet deadlines, and work pressure seems to be taking its toll. But, what we fail to understand is that all of us can be catalysts to spread happiness both within ourselves and in the world outside.

Tara Suresh Kumar, a passionate teacher, has enjoyed her three decades of teaching English across reputed schools in Hyderabad, finally retiring as a Principal. Apart from completing an online course from UC Berkeley on The Science Of Happiness, she had introduced the happiness curriculum in the school she was heading. Fond of self-help books, travelling and meeting people, she hopes this maiden attempt will benefit all those who are in the earnest quest for happiness.

The book is now available on e-commerce sites like Amazon, Flipkart, NotionPress.com, etc.
