Notion Press Presents a Book to Get You Out of Your Programmed Life – Programmed

Programmed

Humans are highly advanced and incredible machines. We are intelligent, have the astounding capacity and are truly a force to be reckoned with. But, like any other machine, humans work on the programs downloaded in the mind as well. Unfortunately, most of us are run and controlled through programs from someone else. The principles set out in this book are based on modern scientific research, and may be used to improve your programmed life.

Programmed

Notion Press, India’s leading self-publishing platform, presents Programmed by Mayank Sharma. This book underlines the fact that we are who we make ourselves to be. We could let our lives run according to what someone else dictates or we can take control, understand our minds and work to programme our own life in the direction we want it to take. We have the power within us to make us happy. We are the ones who choose whether we live a happy and successful life or if we just crash and burn. Like a computer, we need to install the right programmes in our mind and our life to ensure smooth functioning.

Mayank is an analytical thinker who is deeply influenced by human behaviour. A commodity trader and PAC member of Base Metals at MCX, he spends most of his time understanding and researching human psychology.

The idea for this book came to him when he realized that he ended up doing several things that he consciously never agreed to. He was amazed at how people have no control over their lives and are blindly searching for happiness, health and success. But they are still driven to wrong directions. His quest for happiness, health and success motivated him to turn author with this debut work of non-fiction Programmed.

A Gold Medalist in B.Sc. Maths and holding a P.G. Diploma in Material and Supply Chain, he loves to play with numbers.

He waits for your feedback at smjmru@gmail.com

The book is available in print and e-book format at the Notion Press bookstore and several other e-commerce portals including Amazon and Flipkart.
