In October 2022, she published Psychotherapy for Depression: Personal Essays by a Survivor. The book was published through Notion Press in paperback and electronic versions. Reading about Nishtha’s personal journey with psychotherapy has proved useful for patients, caregivers and mental health practitioners, and other readers.
Nishtha edits and proofreads books on freelance basis. She has an LLB from DU, Masters in English from JNU, and Bachelors in Journalism from LSR. She lives in Gurugram, Haryana.
