Nikhil Tripathi is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth and organizational transformation across Asia and North America for a Fortune 50 corporation.
He rose from a humble family of teachers, freedom fighters, and farmers—an upbringing that instilled resilience, service, and a passion for lifelong learning.
With a background in engineering and an MBA, Nikhil built his career leading complex, fast-paced teams while discovering a deeper calling for coaching and people development. His leadership contributions have been recognized with honors such as the CEO Award, President Award, Master Trainer Award, and Great Coach Award.
Inspired by his father, Arun Kumar Tripathi, a best-selling author of six books, Nikhil wrote Level 10 Leader, a blend of storytelling, actionable insights, and research-backed strategies designed to help leaders grow and inspire others. The book is also a tribute to the mentors, managers, and associates who shaped his leadership journey.
Today, Nikhil lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, with his wife Shilpi and daughters Ira and Anaya. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is fueled by a recently rediscovered life purpose: to give, to grow, and to be grateful—a compass guiding his ambition to impact 10 million lives over the next 10 years through his writing, coaching, and leadership work.
