Himalaya is not just a mountain but much more beyond that. Himalaya is a spiritually happening place. It is a place for paranormal experiencing. Energies of yogis and sages are felt there. Himalaya is place of Shiva. Fourth dimension space is there at Himalaya. At Gyanganj in Himalaya, time and space become non-existent. Age of being does not change at Gyanganj. Himalaya is a spiritual abode.
Himalaya is a Sanskrit word, which literally means "abode of snow". Due to its majestic beauty, overwhelmingly large size and vastness, intense emotional effects, spiritual immensity and divine splendour, Himalaya for the time immemorial, is far and wide better known as "the spiritual abode". Himalaya is an unsolved puzzle, a mystery. Himalaya is origin of universe, life and various cosmic elements. All activities happening in the world are stemming from Himalaya.
Himalaya journey and explorations carried out with spiritual mind set, provide extrasensory perceptional cosmic experiences (beyond what known five senses can grasp), and also, experiences of the mystical dimensions of the universe. It is a range of mountains, having nine out of the world’s ten highest peaks. Mount Everest is in Himalaya. Himalaya spans some 1565 miles. Himalaya is spanning through India (north) and its neighbouring countries viz. Pakistan, Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan. Himalaya crescent stretches from Kyrgyzstan to Burma. Himalaya has intricate geography of very high mountains, quite deep and precarious gorges, dangerously wild forests and rolling plateaus. Himalaya has great biodiversity. Himalaya is a source of great rivers like Indus, Ganges and Brahmaputra, and these rivers have immense importance for civilisation from viewpoints of sustenance, science, religion and spirituality. After Antarctic and Arctic, Himalaya has largest deposits of ice and snow. Himalaya makes one realise its true self. These realisations otherwise are not possible in the plains, which are filled with too many distractions and utter monotony. Mountains due to their shape fill beings with amazing curiosity and a natural spiritual quest. Energy is experienced to have been more intense and converged in the mountains with altered and more awakened states of consciousness. Cosmic energies are experienced to have been existing in the mountains to their profundity and purity. Connection with the divine is easily established in mountains with mountains acting as an efficient communication link. Also, there are differential experiences of all laws of nature in the mountains, especially more at Himalaya as compared to the other mountains. Himalaya has loomed large in spiritual consciousness of beings. Shiva has connection with Himalaya. Being is a spirit, and Shiva is the lord of the Spirit World, therefore, there are heightened experiences of the master and the subjects divinely connections in Himalaya. Being is an outcome of sync among body, mind and the spirit. Apart from works from the body, beings must also work with their mind and life energies. Impressions of working with life energies are left for ever. Mind impressions are little longer lasting, but not permanent. Mind shrinks and sinks into the Himalaya energyscape.
