Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalProductivity measures the effectiveness of processes to produce outcomes. Enhancement of productivity can be achieved by reducing waste, modifying the processes, use of latest and efficient technology, changing the attitude of the employees/management, creating a conducive environment, and by motivating those involved. Even though most people are aware of these thoughts, often it is overlooked or not given sufficient importance. The ‘365 Productivity Sutras’ is an attempt to present a collection of ideas and motivational slogans in a simple language such that even a layperson can connect with it. These notions are applicable in all walks of life and will enrich the knowledge of the readers and motivate them to become more productive.
