Adv. Dr. Raj kumar S Adukia is the founding partner at Adukia and Associates and has more than thirty years of experience in specialized areas such as financial planning, taxation and legal consulting. Dr. Adukia holds a degree in law and is a PhD in Corporate Governance in Mutual Fund, an MBA, Diploma in IFRS(UK), Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare, IPR and Criminology. In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant, he is also an eminent business consultant, advisor, author and speaker.
He is currently a member of the Quality Review Board under the Chartered accountants Act, 1949. He is the only representative from India in IFRS and SMEs Implementation Group (SMEIG) of International Accounting Standards Boards (IABS).
