Jo nikla hun main ab ghar se,

Wapsi ka main kyun sochun,

Mujhe abhi aur chalna hai,

Mukan abhi aur baki hain,


Every feeling has to owe words to arrive an expression and such an effort has been made in the form of poetry collection to touch the heart of readers.  



Mujhe jindgi mein har waqt,

Subah ke khwab aate rahe,

Jab kabhi aaine mein dekha,

Udte rang najar aate rahe…


Abhivyakti –Zindagi Ke Pannon se, is a collection of Hindi Poetries of two generations, of which one belongs to 1950s and other 1980s.  However, one thing is common to both the generations, that is the love for poetry and this will continue for ages till the existence of civilization since the spontaneous flow of the river of human feelings & emotions can never be stopped.

Virender Kumar, Om Prakash Chadha

Late Shri Om Prakash Chadha belongs to  Distt. Mandi of Himachal Pradesh. His great affection for children and a strong desire to live happily were the reasons for him to survive despite serious illness. He fought serious illnesses for around twenty years and left this world on 22nd May 2016 due to his sudden demise. Due to intimacy with Late Shri Om Prakash Chadha, Virender Kumar got a chance to go through his heart touching poetry full of emotions and feelings which was enslaved inside the diary so long.


Virender Kumar belongs to  Distt, Bilaspur of Himachal Pradesh, basically from to Distt. Shimla. Since his childhood, he has been in the natural environment of hills, rivers and lakes which is the source of his sense to acknowledge and appreciate the beauty of nature, also reflected in his poetry. He completed his schooling from Distt. Bilaspur and during that time he had a special interest in Hindi poetry, stories which encouraged & inspired him to write at the age of 12. Later due to realization with the passage of time that no literature is complete without readers, this book came into existence which is a collection of poems written by him & late Shri Om Prakash Chadha.
