Mr. Milind S Priyadarshi is a mature and dynamic team leader having industrial experience of more than 15 years. He has worked in tiny enterprises, medium and large-scale industries and also in MNCs, in diverse profiles like manufacturing, projects management, and sales service. His prime interest lies in sales and service where he has spent more than 10 years. His sales career started with cutting tools and industrial hardware. He is also into the sale of spare parts and service contracts. He has trained and managed the aftermarket sales and service teams across India. 

The author is based in Gujarat and has garnered wide knowledge from his broad travelling across the country. According to him, one must need to learn “self-management” before “customer management.”
