Parag Dhruva Pandey

My name is Parag, and I live in Thane, near Mumbai in western India, with my wife and two daughters. I'm a human resources consultant by profession, helping people in my client organizations to do better and be better.

When a loved one was diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder during the pandemic, we, as a family, resolved to learn more about it, and, as best we could, fight it together. After consistent efforts over a couple of years, when we succeeded with the help of doctors, therapists, friends and relatives, and our loved one recovered, we decided not to let go of our struggles as just a misfortune.

Rather, we felt like sharing our experiences and learnings with more people, so that they may also benefit from these in their time of need.

To take it a step further, I learned and used generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools to present our gradually and painstakingly gathered content in an engaging, and effective way.

These days, poems are coming back in vogue, and, better than ever, they are now supported by neat illustrations. Such a format can also make talking about anxiety much easier. For this reason, I have put together this illustrated book of poems.
