Terry Henshaw is a data analyst and strategist. Fascinated with the application of technology and innovations to real-life problems, he has developed numerous strategies which have deployed the use of data analysis in high-level research works and in solution to problems in many industries. He has over 10 years of research experience and has lectured to more than 10,000 students.

He worked in the University of Port Harcourt where he taught mathematical modelling and Engineering Statistics to graduate and postgraduate students for more than ten years. He has consulted for different organizations especially in the oil and gas sector. He has also served in different monitoring and evaluation committees in the Government sector. He has published journal papers with recorded global contributions where he has demonstrated the use of data analysis to uncover facts. He regularly conducts lectures, seminars and workshops on many subject matters, especially, those tied to data gathering and analysis for decision making. Some of his most frequent training are on communication skills in industries and performance management.

 

Terry is a strong believer, that to improve industries, the responsibilities of any organization’s Research and Development (R&D) should be decentralized by nourishing employees with the right capacity such as statistical knowledge so they can effectively contribute to solving problems they have discovered.
