Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalFood allergies and food intolerances are on a rise especially post pandemic due to dysbiosis (shift in the gut organisms). I myself am intolerant to a lot of common foods that we eat like gluten, milk/dairy, egg, nuts-seeds and pulses-lentils which makes it very difficult to make food choices. In this scenario, a vegetarian finds it hard to find alternative-healthier options.
This book acts as a helping hand to the vegetarians who are intolerant to certain food items as it consists of recipes which were re-defined and re-explored with the help of my Dietitian Ms Sharanya Shastry who made sure that nutritional value and taste was not compromised.
My book will create awareness and motivate you all to come up with your own creative food choices in order to make your food tastier, healthier and easier!
