Mihira A R Khopkar

A national gold medalist in swimming, Mihira is an M Sc. in sports nutrition and has been working in this space for about 6 years. She is currently the lead sports nutritionist at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai, India, through which she works closely with athletes training at the national camps, especially in sports such as athletics, weightlifting, badminton, boxing, swimming, football, and many others! Her expertise lies in periodized nutrition and involves interactions with coaches, building training-specific nutrition plans, group education sessions, individual athlete consults, setting up high-performance menus at various sporting academies, advising athletes and federations on supplement guidelines, and also teaching sports nutrition at various institutes.

With the ability to talk non-stop about the subject she is so passionate about, she is sure to give you a good dose of the latest advances in sports nutrition! And if you don’t find her talking about sports nutrition, you may surely find her in the ocean; swimming, surfing, or diving!
