Himanshu Kafaltia and Gunjan Sharma Kafaltia
Himanshu Kafaltia is a Uttarakhand State Provincial Civil Services (PCS) topper (Rank 1) of the 2016 batch. A Post Graduate in Human Rights and Public Administration, he also cleared the Uttarkhand PCS- 2012 and got into service of State Government as an Executive Officer in Panchayati Raj Department, State Government of Uttarakhand.
Gunjan Sharma Kafaltia is an Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) Officer of the 2016 batch and is currently working as assistant commissioner of income tax at Dehradun. She qualified for the Civil Services Examination in 2016, which were conducted by UPSC, and achieved an All India Rank (216). A Post Graduate in Floriculture and a Graduate in Agriculture from GBPUAT Pantnagar, she also holds vast experience in the finance industry, where she served as an assistant administrative officer in LIC of India.
