Venkat Subramanian is an Organisational Development and Confidence Coach. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he worked in the corporate finance and human resource functions for over thirty years in India and abroad and has been witness to a host of situations and personalities, such as executives grappling with challenges at work, toxic leaders vitiating work environments and people trying to bring down and topple others.
