Venkat Subramanian is an Organisational Development and Confidence Coach. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he worked in the corporate finance and human resource functions for over thirty years in India and abroad and has been witness to a host of situations and personalities, such as executives grappling with challenges at work, toxic leaders vitiating work environments and people trying to bring down and topple others. At the same time, he has also worked with good managers, compassionate leaders and great teachers and brings these experiences to life in his writing.
Shortly after he published his first book, Essays on Managing, Leading and Coaching - An Experiential Perspective, in early 2019, he decided to pursue his passion for coaching, training and writing, full-time.
Venkat lives in Chennai, India and is an avid reader of a wide range of topics including management, leadership, biographies, psychology and spirituality. He also enjoys listening to western classical music and old Bollywood melodies and paints occasionally.
