Latha Nataraj

Latha Nataraj is a Cost Accountant and has worked with Indian Railways for over two decades in their Accounts Department. She led a routine working life till she opted for Voluntary Retirement in 2012.

Yoga was a serendipitous discovery for Latha. She started practicing yoga initially to explore whether it would help overcome some perennial health issues, but the magic of yoga is so powerful that it completely charmed her, and her life took a different course. She went on to pursue various studies in yoga. After completing the Yoga Teacher’s Training and Diploma in Yoga Therapy, she recently completed her Master’s in Yogashastra. 

Latha has been a successful long-distance runner, having participated in many half marathons. She is also a budding, amateur singer who enjoys performing in musical shows and orchestras. Needless to say, she is also a popular Yoga Trainer, who focuses on the holistic well-being of her students. She has experienced the positive impact that yoga has had on various aspects of her life and continues to pursue new horizons in her life, be it in teaching, singing or running.  

This book is an outcome of her own personal transformation and the positive changes that she has been able to inspire in her students with regular yoga practice. Her dream is to bring yoga into the lives of every single individual!
