Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalThe book contains forty-four articles on Human Nature, such as compassion, control of mind, devotion and faith, karma theory, love, meditation, life, and positive thoughts, attitude and gratitude, and karma theory. It is believed that God is love and love is God, and the soul is the essence of the Lord.
God, in his Shabd (Word) and Divine Light is within all human beings. Soul can only merge into God, when it becomes pure and free from karmas and bondage of birth and death again and again. However, to achieve peace of mind, love, and happiness, one should develop his human nature by living in the present moment and have positive attitude, positive thinking and be a good human.
Roshan Gakhar
At this golden age of 95 years, I have thought of expressing my views on Human Nature through this book.
I passed M.A.(Hindi) from the Punjab University Chandigarh. While in school, I used to write some brief articles for the school magazine. After school hours, my main activity was sports, which I used to enjoy very much. After partition of India, my whole family migrated to India. I spent almost ten years in Shimla Hills, where I enjoyed the natural beauty of Himachal Pradesh. I had been working as a Hindi and English Reporter in the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly. I retired from the service of Ministry of External Affairs in 1985. My whole family is now settled in Australia. Being an Australian citizen, I enjoy here peace of mind, happiness and healthy life.
I write articles almost regularly for their paper, “Sandesh”, which is published every month, both in Hindi and English. Our Senior Citizens, their families and some of their relatives read those articles with interest.
While living here, I have gained sufficient spiritual knowledge by reading spiritual books and attending spiritual discourses.
My spiritual knowledge has prompted me to write articles on positive and clear thinking, compassion, love and happiness, meditation and attitude and gratitude, and various other topics. I firmly believe that the Readers would enjoy taking interest in the articles written in the book titled HUMAN NATURE.
I especially thank Rakesh Chopra, an IIT Specialist, and Lesley Gruzin for editing my articles with great interest. Rakesh Chopra is also my co-sponsor, as, without his support and co-operation, it is not possible to get this book published.
