Major P.Tuhinikar Choudary (Retd.)
Major P. Tuhinikar Choudary is a veteran from the Indian Army, Corps of Engineers, as was his father Col. P.L.N. Choudary, AVSM.
Maj. Choudary is an alumnus of the Hyderabad Public School, the Rashtriya Indian Military College, the National Defence Academy, the Indian Military Academy, the College of Military Engineering, the Infantry School and the College of Combat. His many holidays spent in his Grandfather’s village in rural Andhra Pradesh also exposed him to the Social structure of Village and of Farm life with no electricity or piped water and where entertainment was great story-telling.
As an Army brat he had also lived in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai and NEFA. His own service tenures had taken him to Himachal Pradesh, J&K, Bhutan and Secunderabad, from where as Garrison Engineer (North) he took voluntary retirement, to take care of the Family affairs when his father passed away at an early age.
