It was an effort to tell the inspiring stories of many women entrepreneurs from different fields to expose their struggles, challenges and successes to inspire many more women. this book the second edition. It again narrates the inspiring stories of many more women who are very successfully established today.
She has also recently launched an All Women Platform to provide guidance and support to women to establish themselves as successful entrepreneurs and professionals.
Anju Handa believes that women are independent individuals, and they need to be looked upon as equal to men. They should not be stopped from perusing their interests, especially by men. believing in gender equality, she strongly condemns the orthodox practices still prevalent in many parts of the country being a humanitarian by heart, she is also engaged in many philanthropic activities and has extended support to a few organisations like old age homes.
She has always wondered how children can discard their parents to live in old age homes when parents never even part with their children for a minute when they are young. She runs a group called Touching Lives to help these old parents living in old age homes with their day to day needs. to help them, she generates her own funds through an initiative – ‘shopping bag’ where she sells products, and the profit generated is utilized for their support.
