Kavita Sharma has two decades of project management experience while working for Microsoft, Satyam and Techmahindra. She has managed complex multi-million IT projects for customers across the USA and Europe. For the past five years, she has been coaching and conducting people effectiveness workshops.
She is recognized by PMI as one of the significant contributors in the current version of PMBOK (Sixth edition) and received appreciation for her work from the program chair.
She currently spends her time coaching and writing about management and leadership.
