Amarja Satish Nargundeis working as Associate Professor in the department Management Studiesin Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, IMRDA, Sangli. She has got nine years of teaching experience in the field of Business Management.Her academic qualification is M.Com, M.B.A., M.J.(Master of Journalism). She received PhD from Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
She was selected for Group Study Exchange Program by Rotary International to USA, Kansas. She has developed her own training program for “Soft Skills Development”. She writes articles for various newspapers. An article featuring her PhD work was published in The Times of India in February 2013. She has also written a book titled“Motivation The oriesand Teaching Profession in India”.
