This early experience set the foundation for his deep understanding of international business and diplomacy. Subsequently, he held the position of Director, Europe, for the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in Cologne, Germany, further strengthening his expertise in promoting Indian businesses on a global stage.
Since 2004, Mohan served as the Managing Director, Europe, for Reliance Industries Ltd. based in Germany, showcasing his remarkable commercial & legal acumen in strategic business development across cultures.
