Jaynila Natwarsinh Parmar was a popular History teacher who could motivate even a Science student to become an archaeologist. She is the director and proprietor of Excel Talk Academy in Vapi. She has a versatile personality and has been associated with different organisations in Vapi. She served as the secretary of the Vapi Youth Circle in the late eighties and was instrumental in starting the Vapi unit of Youth Hostels Association of India. She organized many trekking camps and competitions during her presidential year.

She served as the bulletin editor of a local Rotary Club. She became the co-ordinator for women in Rotary for district 3060 in the year 2008-2009. In the same year, her article depicting the contribution of her family towards the freedom struggle and development of Dadra and Nagar Haveli appeared in the directory of the district.

She writes to create love for history, culture and nature. She lives in Vapi, one of the largest industrial townships in India.
