Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalA book that is immersed in a whirlpool of memories that has a lot of sundry facts about the 1980s and 1990s Madurai. A load of past effaced by time has been unearthed by the author. Every middle-aged reader would be drawn into the well of nostalgia by this written relic. The shops, the smell, the colours, the taste, the people and almost every season of the times seem to have enthused the author. It’s a journey of interest… Don’t miss it!
Subramanian
A teacher by profession, he has scaled innumerable institutions in the 19 years of his teaching career. Having been born in South India, the life and culture of those pockets are deeply entrenched in his mind. A native of Nellai District, he did his schooling and higher studies in Madurai. His love for his Alma Mater, The American College, is very much visible, as the passion for reading and writing seem to have been inherited from this great school of learning. As a teacher, he has been instrumental in inspiring and motivating many of his students to attain great heights. As a writer, he has already published a book of poems titled Read this and has successfully guided many students in completing their doctorates and M.Phils. The present book is due to the irresistible urge to unload his memories creatively.
