Rommel Sergio has over twenty years of experience teaching a range of undergraduate and graduate courses. He also served various institutions as a Human Resource (HR) and Organizational Development Consultant in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and other countries. He is currently a Professor of Management at the Canadian University Dubai, UAE. His current research focus is on HR management, leadership, organizational behavior, strategic management, and organizational development and change.
