Anita Sharma
Anita Sharma graduated her Masters in Science and was enrolled for Ph.D. in Kurukshetra University. However, she changed her academic career for management and obtained her Masters in Personnel Management from Pune University.
She joined various companies and corporate houses in her consultant capacity. It was during personal and interpersonal relationship problem-solving sessions with employees that she discovered her interest in human behavior. She pursued human psychology and became a psychological counselor. She completed her Post Graduation in Psychotherapy at IPMS, Mumbai and went on to acquire her Ph.D. from Commonwealth Vocational University.
She is currently practicing counselling and psychotherapy at Gurgaon. Her areas of interest are adolescent counselling, marriage counselling, family counselling and senior citizens’ problems amongst others.
She is also a motivational speaker and has delivered lectures and conducted workshops on stress management and transactional analysis for various segments of society—schools, colleges, banks, residents’ welfare associations and several companies.
She now resides in Gurgaon with her husband who is a cardiologist.
