Rumi DasGupta is a Chartered Engineer from The Institution of Engineers (India), Kolkata in Electronics and Communication Engineering. She completed her master’s degree from Pondicherry University, Tamil Nadu and MPhil from Alagappa University, Tamil Nadu and PhD from Nagpur University, Maharashtra.
Rumi has vast experience of almost twenty-seven years in different industries and institutes in different places of India as Senior Technical Officer, Consultant Manager and Lecturer. She is the Ex-Lecturer of Indian Maritime University (then N.I.P.M.), Chennai and International Management Centre, New Delhi for a pretty long period. Currently she stays in Nagpur and is self-employed as a Management Consultant and Educationist.
Rumi DasGupta has published seven research papers in different international journals of management studies. She also works as a Reviewer and Editor in an international journal of management studies.
