I shall indicate some actual technologicl skills or soft skills to explain why the organizational employees need to spend time and nervous to learn the kind of new skillful knowledge.  I shall also explain the influential consequences are for the organization, if the organization does not need employees to learn any kinds of technological skillful knowledge or soft knowledge.
 In fact, there are les successful people, they can achieve their dreams to become actual goals to implement.  I believe that these are not their main failure reasons, such as they are not very clever or talent or smart. Their IQ are not special intelligent or above 100% level or their brains are not very developed rapidly. Their failure reasons have only these same individual characteristics " lacking hard hardwork attitude and pursue new knowledge" mind.
 In my this book, I shall indicate some successful people, how they own these same characteristics to achieve their unsuccessful dreams to become successful aim.
