Pastor Ravi Rathan Kumar was a bank officer, served for 30 years in a public sector bank in India. Being called to minister the Lord in full capacity, he took voluntary retirement from his bank. He shepherds the church ‘Rehoboth House of Worship’ in Hyderabad, India. And he is also one of the Directors of an evangelical missionary organization called ‘Project Christ India,’ which is established in 1986, reaching the unreached people groups catering to their spiritual and social needs.
A well-qualified and trained in expository preaching, he is known for his in-depth study of the scriptures that led to pen this splendid book on Nehemiah. His wife, Shanthi Rathan, being a retired teacher, shares his vision, and together they travel to the mission fields spread in remote places in different states of India. They are blessed with two children and two grandchildren who are the joy of their lives.
He has also penned numerous poems based on scriptures and Biblical characters.
