Dr. Abhishek Mukherjee is an Assistant Professor and Program Head for the MBA International Business Program at MIT World Peace University, School of Management (PG) at Kothrud, Paud Road, Pune. He has done his Doctor of Philosophy in the Faculty of Commerce, Business Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, Maharashtra. His doctoral thesis is on “A Study of Perception of Rural Women about Self Employment and Entrepreneurial Opportunities”. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and has qualified UGC NET in Management. He also holds an M.Phil. degree. He has a teaching experience of 14 years and an industry experience of 3.5 years. He has published and presented 16 research papers in various state, national and international level conferences and various journals.
