Mark Ulyseas
Mark Ulyseas has spent time in advertising as a copywriter and a creative director, selling people things they didn’t need. He has been a ghost writer, a newspaper columnist, a freelance journalist and a photographer. In 2009, he launched Live Encounters Magazine, in Bali, Indonesia. It is a free, non-profit, ad-free online magazine featuring leading academics, writers, poets, and activists of all hues from around the world. March 2016 saw the launch of its sister publication Live Encounters Poetry. His first book titled RAINY – My friend & Philosopher was released in May 2016. Seductive Avatars of Maya is his second book.
