Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalQuality Management in Teaching Practice contains a plethora of observations of the writer in the capacity of a researcher and a teacher. Quality is not only a concept but a way of life – personally and professionally. Have you ever thought of it? So hard we toil as human beings, individuals, professionals, etc. to get that ‘perfect’ life, but is this perfection even real? Quality management today is an important component of any profession. The book is an attempt to bring in the reality of teacher education in terms of what quality means on paper and what it moves on to in the practical life of a teacher. There are discussions based on research and concepts and important terminologies explained in layman's terms.
