Uday Ranadive
Uday Ranadive is a marine engineer who after sailing on various types of ships as Chief Engineer, worked with the Indian Register of Shipping (IRS) for almost 30 years ashore, and retired as Senior Vice President. During his career in IRS, he had to continually update his competencies as required, including being a lead auditor to ISO 9001 STD and QS 9000/TS 16949 STD. for quality management systems. He holds a master's degree from BITS Pilani.
While conducting hundreds of audits in large, medium and small corporations, he noted how organizations flourished under inspiring leadership and how they get affected by poor leadership. His observations have inspired this book.
This is his second book, the first being “Life Well Cruised.”
