Esther Shongwan, Ph.D. MSc., MA, B.Sc., B.Ed., LL.B., is a teacher, researcher, learner and worker in the education field. She has a rich experience teaching from the elementary to the college level. Her association with both the formal and non-formal learners and institutes through her research work bridged her understanding of problems and challenges of these two worlds and shaped her work.
