I am based in Goa, India for past forty years. I wanted to be a Human Resource specialist and had strong wish to work for Tata Motors! Just within completing my Masters specializing in HR, I succeeded in joining Tata Motors. After working for this organization for fifteen years, embarked on proving consultancy to Corporates. Area of specialization was preparing organizations for change from bottom to top approach.
Simultaneously and parallely started coaching centers in Goa for education abroad as well as tests like CAT and was sort of pioneer to commence such coaching.
From 2014 thought of hanging my shoes and did. Took up pursuing my hobbies, travelling etc. My wife is a jeweler and my two sons are in Goa with their own careers.
